Is musical creation an art which depends on the cerebral cortex of the female functioning?
Analysis: from the philosophical and bio-chimical perspectives
In the 1970s American searchers defined a theory that the brain would consist of two hemispheres: the left hemisphere and the right hemisphere.
Now, among musicians with an absolute ear, the surface of the cortex (associated with the sphere of hearing) is twice as large in the left hemisphere than in the right hemisphere.
There is dissymmetry. Recent techniques of brain imaging, that can observe the functioning of a living brain, provide some elements of a reply ; It is now possible to produce a veritable map of the brain’s cerebral cortex. A representation of the cerebral cortex of musicians highlights on the left image this analysis. The left hemisphere is specialized in analytical reasoning while the right hemisphere would correspond to the sphere of affects.
As everyone knows, music is one of the most elaborate mental activities of the human brain
Moreover the sound world that surrounds us determines our daily actions and acts on our degree of connection to the laws of mirco and macrocosmos.
